Free Shipping Policy
- Free Shipping over $99 CAD and $120 USD
- Free shipping is calculated after use of any discount codes and must be over $99 of the net purchase value.
- We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
Refund Policy
We only offer CREDITS for products purchased directly from Beyond Yourself
- The product being returned must have at least 75% of the contents remaining in the container and untampered with.
- It may take anywhere from 10-14 days to complete the process of the return.
- Proof of purchase MUST be provided.
- Returns must be performed within 14 days of purchase.
- Pictures of the product's LOT number and expiry date must be provided, please DO NOT discard of the product until Beyond Yourself has made a decision on the return, you may be required to mail the product back for evaluation.
- Any returns that are approved, are CREDIT only for use on BeyondYourself.com
- Products with less than 12 months expiry will NOT be accepted.
- ALL Apparel is FINAL SALE.
